It also leads reflections on possible means to attract more female candidates to the institute. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Members<\/strong>: Catherine Bonnet (leader), Ilaria Castellani, Olivier Gladin, C\u00e9line Grandmont, Benjamin Guedj, Steve Kremer, Juliette Leblond, Roger Pissard-Gibollet, Sylvain Salvati, Benjamin Smith <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Former members<\/strong>: Hugues Berry, Ilaria Castellani, Liliana Cucu-Grosjean, C\u00e9line Grandmont, Yohan Michel, Antoine Rousseau, Nicolas Roussel, Anne Siegel<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span style=\"color: #1067a3;\"><a href=\"#aid-for-returns-to-work-after-leaves-of-absence-maternity-illness-care\"><\/a>Aid for returns to work after leaves of absence (maternity, illness, care)<\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>This working group is dedicated to identifying actions to be put in place to help all staff returning to work after a long absence (after maternity or sick leave, or as a carer, for example). It continues the work of the <a href=\"#parenting-and-work-life-balance\"><em>Parenting and work-life balance<\/em><\/a> working group (see below) by working on updates to the 2018 parents&#8217; guide. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Members<\/strong>: Catherine Bonnet, Delphine Charbonneau, La\u00e9rcio Pilla Lima (leader), Aurore Poirier, Elise Taillant, M\u00e9lanie Raimbault<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span style=\"color: #1067a3;\"><a href=\"#lgbtqi-inclusivity\"><\/a>LGBTQIA+ inclusivity<\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>This working group was created to conduct discussions leading to the drafting of a LGBTQIA+ charter, as well as the deployment of awareness and training actions for Inria staff. It also considers the question of LGBTQIA+ visibility in the institute. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Members<\/strong>: Nathalie Bertrand, Dominique Chapelle, Caroline Collange, Andreas Enge, Laetitia Grimaldi, Steve Kremer (responsable), Juliette Leblond, Aurore Poirier, Benjamin Smith, M\u00e9lanie Raimbault, Nathalie Revol, Elise Taillant <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Former members<\/strong>: Audrey Fronton, Laur\u00e9line Nevin<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span style=\"color: #1067a3;\"><a href=\"#the-struggle-against-sexual-and-gender-based-violence-harassment-and-discrimination\"><\/a>The struggle against sexual and gender-based violence, harassment, and discrimination<\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The objective of this working group is to propose concrete measures aimed at comating sexual and gender-based violence, harassment, and discrimination. Its scope is broad, including (for example) awareness and training of staff and committees, and improving support for victims. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Members<\/strong>: Francis Bach, Catherine Bonnet, Cl\u00e9mence Frioux, C\u00e9line Grandmont (leader), Benjamin Guedj, La\u00e9rcio Pilla Lima, Sylvain Salvati<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span style=\"color: #1067a3;\"><a href=\"#mentorship\"><\/a>Mentorship<\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>This working group focuses on the national deployment of the mentoring program first put in place in Rennes, then taken up and experimentally enriched in Lille and Saclay. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Members<\/strong>: Enora Denimal, C\u00e9line Grandmont, Steve Kremer, Jing-Rebecca LI (leader)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span style=\"color: #1067a3;\"><a href=\"#inclusive-working-environment\"><\/a>Inclusive working environment<\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>This working group aims to collect the numerous requests from staff in Inria centres on questions of parity and equality in the the context of &#8220;living well together&#8221;; to identify good practices; and to create unified proposals, ideally to be deployed across all Inria centres. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Members<\/strong>: Enora Denimal, Cl\u00e9mence Frioux (leader), Olivier Gladin, Juliette Leblond, La\u00e9rcio Pilla Lima, Aurore Poirier, M\u00e9lanie Raimbault, Nathalie Revol, Benjamin Smith, Elise Taillant<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span style=\"color: #1067a3;\"><a href=\"#diagnosis-and-evolution\"><\/a>Diagnosis and evolution<\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>This working group is responsible for providing a comprehensive overview of the current situation of Inria with respect to parity and equal opportunity, as well as providing regular progress reports. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Members<\/strong>: Liliana Cucu-Grosjean (leader), Enora Denimal, Jing-Rebecca LI <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Former members<\/strong>: Ilaria Castellani, Pascale Charpin, Christine Einsebeis, C\u00e9line Grandmont, Juliette Leblond, Nicolas Roussel<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span style=\"color: #1067a3;\"><a href=\"#international-profiles\"><\/a>International profiles<\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>This working group is dedicated to a better consideration of international profiles. This includes further improving equal-opportunity aspects in recruitment for people who have studied internationally.
